With your own car

All roads lead to Nordmøre, or at least quite a few.

From Oslo you can take the E6 northwards, turning off for various destinations:

- From Otta you can drive via Geiranger, Ålesund, Molde and the Atlantic Road.

- From Dombås you can drive via Åndalsnes, Trollstigen and follow the E39 northwards via Molde and the Atlantic Road

- From Oppdal you take highway 70 via Sunndal and on to Kristiansund

- If you’re coming from Bergen, you can choose several routes northwards with the E39 being the most usual one. Several of the routes include beautiful ferry trips and bridges. The final section takes you through Molde and on to Nordmøre and the Atlantic Road.

From Trondheim (via Orkanger)

- You can take highway 680 – a fairy-tale road along the coast of Nordmøre, through Kyrksæterøra and Aure

- You can take the E39 via Vinjefjorden and Halsa.

- You can take highway 65 via Rindal and Surnadal.
