In Nordmøre we are very proud of our
culinary traditions. Having always had a plentiful supply of quality produce
from the area, a number of local manufacturers provide finished products of a
high international standard. After several hundred years of domestic and
international trade we are today able to serve the best of local Norwegian
culinary tradition as well as dishes and tastes from the wider world.
