Relaxation,
recreation and wrestling with nature – these are all part of the Nordmøre
fishing holiday experience. Maybe you have a dream of catching a giant cod, or
perhaps your preference is a fifteen-kilo salmon. You are welcome either way!

A cod of 21 kilos - any better?

You’re probably familiar with cod,
coalfish, mackerel, ling, tusk, herring, salmon, trout, plaice, and monkfish.
But what about a rautarramoddj?
Maybe you’ll catch a giant halibut – or a just a little roach?
Many anglers return year after year, but
we also meet newcomers eager to land their dream catch. We’re pleased to see
you, so we do what we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Some accommodation specializes in ocean-fishing
facilities, like boat hire, with or without a local skipper. On shore there are
facilities for gutting the catch. This is just the place for swapping good
fishing tales, both the true ones and the not-quite-so-true ones.
We
also have a long tradition of catering for salmon and trout anglers. English
aristocrats visited Nordmøre back in the 19th century and helped us
to understand just how unique our rivers and lakes are. Now we don’t care much
whether you’re aristocratic or not, but we do our best to arrange fishing
permits and show you the best places to fish.
Good
luck!
